Our return policy allows you to return any item purchased from our store within 90 days of delivery, 180 days for subscribers to the Celtic News Newsletter. Whether you've changed your mind, received a damaged item, or simply aren't satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you.
Returns / Exchanges
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer support team within 90 days of receiving your order, or 180 if you are a Celtic News Newsletter subscriber. You can use the form below.
- Provide us with your order details, including the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. This information will help us process your request efficiently.
Once we've received your return request, our team will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Package the item(s) securely, ensuring they are in their original condition and packaging. Include the return authorization number on the package.
Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, such as:
- Personalized or custom-made products. unless they are defective or damaged.
- Downloadable products.
- Additionally, any items that have been used, worn, or altered may not be eligible for a refund.
For exchanges, please follow the same return process and indicate that you would like to exchange the item for a different size, color, or design. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 business days of receiving your email notification of your refund, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted (for debit cards).
If you used a credit card then contact your credit card company, it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the form below.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected (see Returns above), a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

If you are shipping a package valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Use the form below to obtain a return authorization, you may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping paid at time of purchase will be deducted from your refund.
